  • Ships within 3–5 business days after purchase

  • If you purchase preorder and in-stock items together, they may ship separately

  • United States: Standard shipping rates apply at checkout

  • Canada: Orders are welcome! Please note that customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We want you to love every OOAK piece you receive.

    • Preorders: All preorder items are final sale — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges once the order is placed

    • In-Stock Items: Eligible for return/exchange within 14 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
