Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days, unless otherwise stated (such as during limited drops or pre-orders). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on location, weight, and carrier rates. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

OOAK is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. OOAK is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you enter in the wrong address, please contact us within 24 hours of your order so we can adjust the address. 

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost or Stolen Packages

OOAK is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
