Returns & Refunds

At OOAK, we intentionally produce limited inventory in alignment with our mission to support mental health awareness while reducing waste. Because of this, we maintain a strict return and cancellation policy.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

After 24 hours, all sales are final. We do not allow cancellations beyond this window.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged Items

The only exception is if your item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier. If this occurs:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number

  • Submit clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit at our discretion.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges outside of these conditions.
