Cancellation policy
At OOAK, every piece is created and stocked with intention. We are not only a brand that supports mental health awareness, but also one that actively works to reduce waste through mindful production and limited inventory. Because of this commitment, we maintain a strict cancellation and return policy.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of the original purchase time.
After 24 hours, all orders are considered final sale and cannot be canceled. This applies to all purchase options, including limited drops, pre-orders, and special releases.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns or exchanges.
The only exception is if your item arrives damaged due to the shipping carrier. If this occurs:

If approved, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations beyond the 24-hour window due to our limited inventory model and our commitment to operating intentionally — supporting mental health awareness while also reducing unnecessary waste.
